Welcome all to this co-created space where we come to support one another as we learn about ourselves and get insight into what we inherited from out parents.
The field of epigenetics is discovering more and more of how information is passed down through the generations through our cells.
We then begin to learn and orient to the world through the person we grew inside of. Their immune system, nervous system and relationship to the outer world become important indicators to how we are to be in relationship to them, to ourselves and to others.
Our parents learned the same from their parents, who learned from their parents and so on.
Together we will look at the nature of the mother*/child relationships and support one another in finding gratitude and releasing any patterns that no longer serve us.
*I recognize that not all gestational parents use the term mother to identify themselves.

As children we orient to the world through our caregivers. Yet they may have experienced traumas or challenges that have nothing to do with us, yet because they weren't supported to process them, the way they relate to us makes it feel like we caused their pain.

When we are born, we quickly learn how others are in our family system.
Out of love we take on roles that shouldn't be ours.
It is also a matter of survival.
Join me in an exploration of looking at some of the burdens of the system that we have taken on.
Together we will take steps to release that which does not serve us and give gratitude for what we have received through the carrying of others' burdens.

Family Constellations is a therapeutic method that supports the client in gaining insight into why they are challenged in their present day lives. This could be a physical symptom like sadness or confusion about identity, feeling like you don’t belong, or a sense of being stuck in life.
Group members support the client/seeker by representing individuals of a family system offering new insights and perspectives and often revealing elements that have been hidden or excluded from the system, sometimes for generations. There may be unconscious loyalties to past events or ancestors that when brought to light can give us a newfound freedom.
We will do short introductions, then, we will do a personal constellation for one client who has already registered.
Participating in others' constellations can offer powerful insights.
We all benefit from experiencing someone accessing more balance in their system.

Come learn about yourself and your family system as you support others in getting more clarity about theirs.
Family Constellations - Web of Connection
We are all part of an intricate web of interconnected relationships. We all feel the impact on our lives when a family member is going through a big transition whether it is having a baby or challenged by an illness. This is even true when we think of our community, our city, state, country, even the health of our planet.
When we were born, we came into a family system and early on we had to learn how to belong our family system. Boys don’t cry; girls are weak; men are the providers; women can’t be Catholic priests . . . . Most of these “rules” of belonging to our family, our community, our culture and unconscious to us. Most of these “rules” often originated generations back when they made sense for our ancestors to survive in challenging times.
The modality of Family Constellations supports us in becoming more consciously aware of these “rules” along with offering new insights and ways of being.

We will be a small group of maximum 15 people.
No previous experience required.
If you are interested in having your constellation done you must arrange it in advance. The cost of the longer constellation is $300 which includes a phone call prior and a supportive integration call after.
Reservations and payments are required in advance as space is limited.

From the moment we are conceived, we become a part of a family system that informs and guides who we are. The family system is shaped by our parents as well as the wider family, culture and major events of the time. Later on, even if we do not end up staying in that system, we are still oriented to it, akin to a homing device and compass.
We will accompany you to explore your earliest experiences through the amazing modality of Family Constellations. We are planning a day for you to join us for a fun, creative and transformative experience. During our time, we hope to support you to gain insight into the dynamics within your own family system, uncover hidden patterns, and work towards healing and resolution. Whether you are looking to address personal issues or simply gain a deeper understanding of your family dynamics, this event is for you.
